New loading style in Gmail

New loading style comes in Gmail. Now loading is running in the center of the screen and background color is changed to gray.

Google+ notification area is changed in Gmail

Gmail made changes in its right-top corner. Now the notification of Google+ and share your status  to Google+ is removed from the top gray bar and added its following bar. Now it is more bigger and convenient for user to use Google+ during Gmail or Google.
