Facebook pages gets Timeline
Now in facebook, the timeline can also be activated in your pages. You can switch to the new timeline option. After 30 March, 2012 all pages on facebook will get timeline.
For administrator, separate panel is available for managing your page. Here some screenshots of new facebook page timeline which shows you new features and facilities.

Facebook Group layout has been changed
Here you can see the layout in groups in Facebook has been changed. They changes the top portion of the layout. Now instead of photos of groups they show thumbnail images of group members and information about group. When you hover your mouse to those photos, they activate and you can see the names of group members.

Facebook chage its photo viewer and make it like Google+
Recently Facebook change its method to display a photo. Earlier a photo is on the screen and all comments are below it so we have to scroll down to watch now they cover more screen area and display photo slightly left hand side and add the comments to the right of it so it is easier to watch it.
Here is the sample of that change.

Now compare with it Google+, it almost same. The key difference between them is the Google+ occupy full screen area while Facebook remain left some screen area.
